Every project starts with a conversation. Here’s what we offer and how fees work.
Consultation
We look at your space (or your floor plan, if you are abroad), listen to how you live, and tell you honestly what is possible within your budget band. You leave with a written summary, whether or not we work together.
What you get:
- A 60-minute session, at your space or online
- A written summary of ideas and next steps
- A rough sense of scope and budget
Concept design
We draw two ways to arrange your space and show the mood and materials we would use. You react, we refine, and you see a first cost estimate before committing to detailed drawings.
What you get:
- Two layout options
- A mood board and a materials board
- A first cost estimate
- Usually 2 to 3 weeks
Design development
Once the concept is chosen, we draw everything a contractor needs: dimensions, joinery, lighting and electrical layout, and a schedule of every finish and piece of furniture with suppliers.
What you get:
- Dimensioned drawings and joinery details
- 3D views of key rooms
- Furniture and finishes schedule with suppliers
Execution
We run the site: scheduling contractors and suppliers, checking work against the drawings, and sending weekly photo updates. Execution is quoted separately once the design is final.

- Contractor and supplier coordination
- Regular site visits and weekly photo updates
- A handover walk-through and snag list
How fees work
Design fees are quoted per square metre or as a fixed package, depending on the scope. Execution is quoted separately once the design is final. We share a written quote before any work starts, and we never charge for the first inquiry reply.

Questions we are often asked
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes. Many of our condo clients are abroad at turnover. We run meetings online and send weekly photo updates during execution.
Do you only do full projects?
No. You can book a consultation on its own.
Which areas do you cover?
Metro Manila. Outside it, ask us; travel costs apply.
Can I use my own contractor?
Yes, for design-only projects. We will review the contractor’s quote against our drawings. For execution, we work with a short list of contractors we know.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few weeks of a signed quote. Tell us your target move-in date in the inquiry and we will say honestly whether it is realistic.
