1. This is a concept site

Linya Studio is a fictional business. This website is a demonstration of what a real interior design studio’s site could look like. There is no real studio behind it.

Who runs this site

This demo site is run by Christian Ibaoc (ibaocchristian.com). To contact us or use your rights, see the privacy notice at ibaocchristian.com, which also covers this site. This site has no inbox of its own.

2. What the inquiry form does

The inquiry form checks your answers inside your browser and then shows a thank-you message. Nothing you type is sent to any server, stored or shared. Please don’t enter real personal details; sample text works fine.

3. What the website stores on your device

• Your light or dark theme choice (browser local storage), only if you press the theme button. It stays until you clear this site’s data in your browser.
• Whether you dismissed the concept banner (browser session storage), until you close the tab.
• Whether you paused the moving room details on the home page (browser session storage), until you close the tab.

We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from a third party.

4. Server logs

Like any website, the host records technical details of each request (such as IP address, page and time) for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a short period.

5. For a real studio

When this design is adopted by a real studio, this notice is replaced with one describing what that studio actually collects (inquiry details, purposes, retention, sharing and your rights under the Data Privacy Act, RA 10173), plus the studio’s privacy contact.
