A turnover unit for a couple who work from home, with a balcony treated as a second living room.

The owners, a couple who both work from home, picked up a bare 2BR unit at turnover. They wanted two real workspaces, a living room that didn’t feel like an office, and a balcony they would actually use.

We turned the second bedroom into a shared study with a sliding narra screen, moved the dining table to the balcony edge, and kept the palette to limewash, oak-toned veneer and linen so the view does the talking.
